It's almost a habit now

I came in early this morning to get some extra work-out time in.  Not sure if I actually spent more time in the gym or not, but I feel like I got more exercise.  Now if I could just limit how much I eat and keep it healthy, I’ll have the other half of the equation.

  • 2 minutes – Warm-up on the elliptical machine

  • Stretch

  • 3 sets of 10 reps – Tricep pushdown

  • 3 sets of 10 reps – Lat pull down

  • 3 sets of 10 reps – Bicep curl

  • 3 sets of 10 reps – Crunches

  • 3 sets of 10 reps – Cross-Crunches

  • 3 sets of 10 reps – Chest press

  • 7 minutes – Walking on the treadmill

  • Stretch
