From good to green

I had a good work-out this morning before work.  Then I made the mistake of eating left-over Chinese.  I don’t think the food is the problem, I think it’s the fact that I ate too much of it.  So now I’m feeling a little green around the gills.

  • 3 minutes – Warm-up on the treadmill

  • Stretch

  • 3 sets of 10 reps – Bicep curl

  • 3 sets of 10 reps – Lat pull down

  • 3 sets of 10 reps – Tricep pull down

  • 3 sets of 10 reps – Chest press

  • 3 sets of 10 reps – Incline press

  • 3 sets of 10 reps – Shoulder press

  • 3 sets of 10 reps – Leg extension

  • 15 minutes – Walking on the treadmill
