Ugh, I ran a mile today

I skipped yesterday’s workout since I wasn’t quite feeling as good as I wanted.  But I went today and feel a little better.

  • 3 minutes @ 3.0 – Warm-up on the treadmill

  • Stretch

  • 13:25 minutes @ 4.5 – Run on the treadmill

  • 2:30 minutes @ 2.5 – Cool-down on the treadmill

  • Stretch
