So today I, once again, went back to the gym for what felt like the first time in forever. I did feel good about working out, so I’m hoping the continued use will eventually become a habit.
- 3 minutes @ 6.0 – Warm-up on the treadmill
- Lat pull down – 3 sets of 10 reps (100, 100, 100)
- Calf raises – 3 sets of 20 reps (140, 140, 140)
- Bicep curl – 3 sets of 10 reps (30, 30, 30)
- Leg extension – 3 sets of 10 reps (100,100,100)
- Tricep pushdown – 3 sets of 10 reps (50, 50, 50)
- Chest press – 3 sets of 10 reps (100, 100, 100)
- 10 minutes @ 3.0 – Cool-down on the treadmill
