3:10 to Yuma

So after a long day at work and before a long night trying to sleep, I rewarded myself with a Pay Per View movie (we have a bunch of coupons, so it was free). I never knew it was a remake, but shouldn't have been surprised. What I really enjoyed though was not the two main characters. They were pretty easy to read and very predictable.

Instead, I fell in love with Ben Foster's character. He literally exuded evil. He was awesome. Great. Brilliant. He was even in one of the greatest shows ever to be cancelled, Freaks and Geeks.

The rest of the movie? So-so. I'm glad it was free, but would have spent the $3.99 to watch it if I had to. Wouldn't pay for the DVD though.

We watched "3:10 to Yuma" this weekend too. I have to agree with you that it was alright, but not something we would buy to have in our movie collection.

This looked like an interesting film. Will have to check it out. Strangely, I really liked Foster's role in The Punisher movie, small as it was...

What's interesting is I almost watched a JODIE Foster movie instead (The Brave One). I'll have to see about the Punisher movie. Don't recall him. Guess I'll have to check it out yet again.
