Yes, this is from a real Bumbo seat. No it has not been edited (other than that red box to get your attention). We have one for William, but other than giving a comfy seat to sit in, there's no way of keeping him there. He's such a Houdini at the moment and is days/weeks from crawling.

Wow! It's a good thing you read the instructions! Thinking about William becoming a drow might not be too bad. Aside fromt he occasional body or twelve you'd have to help him dispose (after all, you are the proud parent), I think his being as clever and ambitious as a drow might make him a rather successful person in his later years. That's not something to throw away, especially since he might make your retirement costs much more enjoyable. :-D
