I've had some sma...It's OK to take a break. I've had some small issues throughout the year that have prevented me from the long runs...it's only temporary. When I fell on the 4th of July, I had a bruise that covered one half of my ass...no joke. It's painful and you just need to rest a little bit. Try a short run first. Don't know if you're getting slightly burned out, but that happens too. don't beat yourself up...go for a run if you really want to!
